About me
Meaningful change happens when we are truly seen and understood. My approach is flexible, non-pathologizing, and interactive. I work from a humanistic, relational perspective, and I aim to create a safe, welcoming space where you are genuinely cared for and respected. I am licensed in Arizona, Montana, and Oregon with 18 years of professional work experience. I help clients with trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, and coping with grief and loss.
