This woman is an amazing person. Her help guiding me through a part of my life that I needed help on is invaluable. Completely gives me the tools and guides me to realize many things. Many of us can figure most of life out on our own. Yet sometimes we get stuck in a part of life where even the obvious is hard to decipher. Kathryn is an outside voice that could help me see such things.
Very compassionate. Very goal minded. Very driven to hold people accountable and also give them the praise needed when earned. She is direct and you can really tell she wants the best for her clients. God is a part of my life and she helps to make sure God is a part of our sessions if I want. If you want spirituality in your session she will be a great help. If you don't want it she is still a great help but people would be missing out if they chose not to include it no matter their personal beliefs.
I have complete trust in her which is needed for the relationship to work and to receive or ask for help. Never judges and always listens.
