With over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I provide a safe and nurturing environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My expertise is in working with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress, guided imagery & relaxation, personal/career growth, and college advising.
I believe that you are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. I use a variety of cognitive/behavioral and positive psychology therapeutic techniques to support you on your journey. Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face them alone. I am here to support your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
