About me
My name is Kathy and I have been a social worker for 23 years. I have experience working with substance abuse, mentally ill, bi- polar disorder and depression. I like to use CBT, Motivational interviewing, and person centered planning as my interventions.
My work history includes being a corrections officer, a social worker for Human Services and clinical counseling. I love helping people make positive changes in thought and behavior to increase mood and overall quality of life.
