Kathleen has helped me so much in helping me recover from depression. I really like the fact that her approach isn't just "talk therapy" which seems to be the case with many other therapists I have had. There is no judgement, only assistance in helping me to recognize the thought processes I have had for a long time that I did not understand wasn't helping me. I think that depressed people tend to look at the past, but I notice that her style isn't focusing on the past, but more on helping you manage it "today", so that you can make progress in the future. She helped me to realize that focusing on the past isn't going to help in the recovery process. The past wasn't completely ignored or anything, but the focus was more about understanding the patterns that did not help get to where I am today so that I can learn from it and move forward. A few other things I want to mention was that she was very flexible in scheduling sessions and was quick to reply to messages.
She listens to what is bothering me and offers insightful support. She is very easy to talk to!
I have been working with Kathleen for about a year now. I appreciate how she is always flexible and open to approach anything that I bring with me to session. Everyone in my life, even my coworkers, have said that they have noticed an improvement in my happiness and attitude since starting therapy. I am so glad that I starting working with Kathleen!
Kathleen always listens and provides the best feedback. There is no “answers” given, but answers are always there. I would highly recommend Kathleen as a therapist!
I feel that she is knowledgeable and kind. I do wish replies were more than once a day but aside from that I do feel confident in her abilities as a therapist.
Kathleen is very understanding she gets me and my problems I couldn’t ask for a better person. She’s very much appreciated!
Everything is going great!!!
Kathleen Reckart has been doing a really good job listening to what's going on in my life and good at asking questions to make me think. I highly recommend her, she does such a good job at responding back in a timely manner as well!!!!
Kathleen, is amazing!
She gives great advice and always responds quickly.
Wonderful counselor! Kathleen is tentative to what's troubling you and provides prompt and respectful feedback. If she hasn't heard from you for a little while, she will check in just to let you know she's there to help if you need her. Such a delight!
Kathleen Reckart has talked to me a lot in messages and even when it’s really late. She sends me messages asking how I’m doing if I haven’t messaged her to find out how I’m doing. She has given me some great advice.
I've had a lot going on with work lately, but every time I have been able to take a moment, Kathleen is there to help and listen, which is much appreciated, especially in a time when work is and the world feels a little upside down.
