About me
There are times in life when we all need others. My work is my passion and I’m here to help. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience providing clinical therapy. I provide a non-judgmental, safe atmosphere with open communication and a passion for learning about yourself and how I can assist you through life. I have worked with many populations ranging in age from toddlers to the elderly.
I specialize in, but not limited to, adolescents and young adults and work on such issues dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues and life transitions. I use an eclectic approach with variations of DBT, CBT and traditional talk therapy and am very up front and honest working together with you. I look forward to getting to know you.
