I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorder, relationship issues, ADHD, and emotional abuse.
If you are here, you are looking to improve your life in some way. I applaud your courage and willingness to explore and renew your committment to yourself and your future. Life is full of choices and you just made an important one. I am here to support and empower you. Thank you.

I really enjoy sessions with Kathleen because it helps me to discuss things that are stressing me out, but also things that will empower me. After just a few sessions, I've already been able to make some concrete changes to improve life for myself.

Getting a therapist is like shopping for clothes.. You want to find something that feels right and fits nice. That is Kat for me! She is an absolute pleasure. I feel comfortable in every session and am willing to dive deep into my past. This wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for her.

Kate is extremely warm and welcoming during all therapy sessions, no matter if we’re messaging, on the phone or video chatting. She has a sprinkle of humor as well which I love and need. She’s very timely and truly listens to what me needs are. I value how she validates my feelings and can judge when im just venting verses looking for advice. She’s absolutely great and I would recommend her for your therapy needs!

After a couple sessions Kathleen and I are getting to know one another. Digging in. As trust is an issue, I trust Kathleen and feel comfortable yet vulnerable opening up. Feeling grateful for being matched with her.

Kate and I had an instant connection, and I've felt heard and understood every step of the way. Her advice and insight have been incredibly helpful in managing my PTSD, especially the intrusive thoughts it brings, and connecting the dots to understanding how what I'm currently struggling with can relate back to my PTSD.
I look forward to our sessions and highly recommend working with Kate to anyone struggling with PTSD or other mental health concerns. She is wonderful
