About me

Hello. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida.  I have been working with Individuals and families for over 15 years.  I have experience in walking with clients through anxiety, depression, grief, family issues and other concerns.  Life can be very challenging sometimes and it can be helpful to have someone walk with you on this journey.

I use a client-centered approach to tailor my techniques to each individual.  I also build on the strengths that each person has to guide them.  Depending on the client, I will also use Cognitive Behavioral techniques to discover how our thoughts affect our feelings and behaviors.
I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you and support you.

Kathryn Galeski goes above and beyond to listen to me, make sure that I am HEARD, make sure that I am validated, and to make sure that my concerns are addressed. Kathryn is the first therapist that I have stuck with due to her ability to work with my time (I have 4 children under 10, a husband, and I am a full time nursing student). Kathryn helps talk me through major life issues and changes, as well as past traumas. I am so thankful for Kathryn and her help.
