About me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Vermont with about 11 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan. I have worked with both adolescents and adults while they navigate challenges with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and life transitions. My work is both client-centered and strengths-based while using a humanistic approach, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

I believe that you are the expert of your story. I believe that all people inherently possess what is needed to succeed in therapy, it is simply about finding the right tools to meet your needs. I always work to meet the individual where they are at, while simultaneously creating a space where growth can occur. I am looking forward to meeting you and embarking on this journey together.
