Kathryn Lorentz, LMFT
About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy from California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University with concentration in Family Dynamics. I have experience in Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Crisis Intervention, Addiction Treatment, Trauma Informed Care, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). I utilize a holistic approach that is grounded in authenticity; creating a nonjudgmental environment that allows for a strong therapeutic alliance to develop which I believe is an integral part of the therapeutic process. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my rescue dogs, gardening, hiking, traveling and spending time with those closest to me.
