I’m so grateful to have been working with Kathryn consistently… I’ve gained coping and mindfulness skills. I appreciate how much she lets me gets my thoughts out, sometimes for 20 minutes straight, and never makes me feel like I’m talking too much. She’s so flexible and kind… thank you!

When I first started I was an anxious mess who was terrified that she was messing up her relationship and afraid of anything bad happening. Kathryn Sampalis has helped me in ways I couldn’t have imagined. I credit her for so much.

Kathryn is always very supportive, a good listener & polite when offering advice. She will always ask before giving it, which I appreciate for when sensitive topics arise. She is extremely patient, gives me great insight and reminders about things that I continue to work on for myself.

Kathryn is a supportive and thoughtful therapist. She allows me time to process and think through issues and then uses a tactful approach to add an idea or perspective to help advance or shift my thinking. I leave sessions with Kathryn feeling heard and with strategies to move forward.

Kathryn is one of my favorite people to talk to because A) she respects what I said and gives wonderful feedback and B) we genuinely get along and I don’t feel like I’m just talking to a therapist. It feels like I’m just talking to one of my girlfriends catching up. I mean that in the way of I’m not feeling like a burden when speaking and it’s not awkward. She takes the time to listen, respond, and remember what we talk about from each session. If time passes and I don’t text her or book an appointment, she checks up to make sure everything is going well and that I’m okay. I appreciate her and the fact that she cares
