I’ve been seeing Kathy for about six months now and can honestly say she’s changed my life! With her help, I’ve been able to walk back anxiety in places I’ve been struggling with for years. She’s respondent, engaging, and inquisitive, rather than just being a sound board or a yes man. I’m so so thankful to have her as my therapist!

I've been working with Kathy for a few weeks now and I think this is a great fit for me and my needs right now. I get so much out of each live session, I think she has a great conversational style that works very well via the virtual platform. She really understands how to get me to open up or think a little deeper and she challenges me to keep working between sessions.
