I am a marriage and family counselor licensed in California and Wisconsin. I have approximately eight years of experience working with teens and adults with substance abuse issues, depression, grief, loss, anxiety, and providing support for family relationship struggles.
I have life experience having worked in technology for 30 years, returned to college to follow my early interest in psychology and helping others. My approach is honest, caring, nurturing and respectful. My style tends to be humanistic, solution focused, and cognitive behavioral.
