I hadn't really seen a therapist for an extended period of time before I started sessions with Kathy. She's been helping me through an extraordinarily difficult time in my life and I'm grateful for her understanding and advice. I feel comfortable talking with her and always come away from our sessions feeling better. Would highly recommend her to anyone.

Kathy does a great job of listening, and providing the type of feedback that I have asked her for. She has a lot of experience, and is very empathetic in a way that feels very caring. She is really great to talk to and is helping me a lot. She also went out of her way to accommodate my crazy schedule and is always punctual, which I appreciate.

Kathy is wonderful. She helps me stand back and look at situations in a different light. She offers worksheets that help me come to my own realizations. I’m 52 and have been in and out of therapy since I was 23. I find both Kathy and the online approach to be one of the most useful type of therapies I have tried. This approach helps to speed along the recovery process and in the long run is well worth the costs. The absolute most important first step to any therapy is finding the right therapist for you. Better Help made that possible. I hope this will be the model for therapy in the future. I feel fortunate to have found Kathy and this online program.

She can read into you so well. I don't think there's an expression she can't comprehend. It's also like she knows where you're trying to go and what you're trying to figure out. And she guides you there and to other places you didn't know you needed to explore.

Kathy writes back quickly and thoughtfully to the written correspondence. This for me has already been so helpful because I do process information better when I have time to reflect and write. Having that response to challenge thought processes throughout the week has been incredibly helpful for my journey. In-person she asks a lot of questions, is empathetic, and non-judgmental.
