Katie DeRegnier

About Me

I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Minnesota with 5 years of experience in the mental health field. I graduated from Penn State University in 2012 with a master's degree in counselor education. My career started as a school counselor, and later evolved into providing individual and family therapy in a private practice setting. I truly enjoy helping individuals in a more personal environment, while creating a safe and trusting space for those in need.

My experience includes a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, life changes, parenting struggles, and family or relationship conflict. It is important to me to establish a good foundation and relationship with my clients in order to share a bond of trust and acceptance. Throughout our journey, I incorporate skills which help my clients to understand themselves better, as well as give them coping strategies for relief along the way. My goal is to create awareness, hope, and change in clients so that they feel more equipped to enjoying a happy and fulfilling life.

If you are ready to take the first step in gaining control and happiness in your life, I would love to help and support you throughout your journey.

Katie DeRegnier has been a great help and very supportive of me during a time when I thought all was lost. Right from our first contact she knew the right things to say and questions to ask. I was able to open up to her quickly & work through the issues I was having.
