About me
Welcome! It takes courage to take the first steps towards a change. Whatever it is you may be going through- you are here now, and here is where you are greeted with the opportunity to really get to know yourself, begin to heal, and make progress toward your own personal goals. I am so glad you are here.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania (LPC), and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems and career challenges. I enjoy using my clinical skills to empower clients to improve their emotional well-being and develop the confidence to initiate change.
I believe in approaching problems head on and each of our problems are different. As my client, you can expect an individualized and personalized experience. By concentrating on solution-focused approaches to therapy and teaching coping skills for future issues, you will be well equipped to face your obstacles.
I am excited to begin this journey with you!
