About me
I am an Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples and children from all walks of life and from across the country.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma informed and strengths based. I believe that family is the first "cell of society" and want to assist individual and couples struggling with communication issues or other barriers to change.
I offer every client a short presentation on basic human brain development which takes a cognitive/physical/emotional look at their specific experiences and provides a foundation on which to move forward.
I believe that a strong supportive relationship between client(s) and therapist is essential in creating trust and safety in the therapeutic process, so I will actively listen to you and allow you to feel validated and heard.
With years of experience working with individuals, couples and families, I believe I can help you build your interpersonal relationships and discover your true value and strengths, through the therapeutic process!
