About Me

Way to go on seeking support for yourself! You've come to the right place.

As a licensed Independent Social Worker, my passion is to help individuals gain insight and perspective in their life. I don't give advice because it's your life and not for me to tell you how to live it. I believe every person has a right to determine how they want their life to look. My approach to therapy is person centered, combining CBT and DBT concepts while considering all bio-psycho-social aspects of your life.

I have experience working with individuals who struggle with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship difficulties. Seeking help can be intimidating and talking to a stranger about your most personal thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming. You've got this. Let's work together to build a life worth living!

Kayla is very open and understanding. She listens and is still able to continue even with my side tangents I go into. Wonderful personality and very sweet. Shares her thoughts and ideas when asked about certain topics, i.e. How I could handle a certain issue? Or what i could try to bring myself out of a funk. Basically she's great. Even gets me to laugh on days when a smile is hard to place
