Hello! I am so glad that you are here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a client centered approach to therapy. I focus on collaborating with clients and meeting them where they are in their journey. I believe that YOU are the expert on you and your needs, so I will let you set the pace for counseling. I will encourage you to grow, but will never push you more than you are ready for. It takes a lot of courage to begin your therapy journey and I am proud of you for taking the first step!

Kayla has been the best that I have had. I have always valued knowledge and comprehension above all else. How are you supposed to have an understanding about what your issues are and when you are feeling them? She has helped me and is still helping me with understanding my ailments and my situations. She has also helped me understand myself more that I have been able to in years of thinking about the why. She has accepted both messaging and video sessions which is not always viewed as a helpful method for a few. I have definitely felt the difference in knowing that she is there to help. I am so happy and grateful that I was assigned Kayla McKissick. I feel that with her, I will get better and be able to move forward from my past.
