About Me
Hello!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my profile. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and have been practicing for 7 years. My experience ranges from children in the foster care system to adults with addiction issues, couples, and teens. I work especially well with young adults who feel stuck and are searching for meaning. I am a 200-hour registered yoga teacher as well and believe that mental health and physical health are intertwined. I encourage my clients to take care of their bodies as well as their minds.
I love my job because I am allowed the privilege of getting to know people on a deeper level and I have the utmost respect for that amount of trust. I utilize a humanistic and existential approach to therapy, which sometimes means that I am positive and cheering you on and other times I am confronting you on your own BS. Ultimately I believe that each individual is the expert of their own experience and life. I believe no one else should be able to dictate what makes you happy or gives you meaning. My goal as a therapist is to give you the confidence and support that you need to be able to live your life to the fullest; whatever that may look like to you.
Outside of therapy, my interests include daily movement, eating delicious healthy foods, painting, travel, and spending time outside at the beach or in the mountains.
I look forward to working with you!

I am amazed that by the end of my first meeting, I felt like I've known Kaylin for years. She has a wonderful way of engaging and understanding. I was (and still am) in a tough spot, and she is an important part of my self-care regime.
Kaylin Zabienski is a really good counsler. I would highly recommend people who are seeking help to go to her. Not only is she very welcoming and respectful, she also makes you as a person a top priority.
Kaylin is consistent in her continual understanding of my struggles. She encourages me, she challenges me, and and always meets me right where I'm at.
Kaylin has been great to work with. She meets me where I am and helps me work through all my concerns in a way that feels like I’m making significant progress.

Kaylin is very nice and attentive. She will understand what your situation is and offer a variety of solutions that are applicable to you.
She is so thoughtful and insightful! It was also very helpful that she stated what her hours of work are and when we can expect to hear from her via the app.
