Kayse Key, LMFT
About me
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 10 years of experience helping people in different settings with different presenting issues and areas of personal growth. I have worked in hospitals, counseling centers, schools and most recently in private practice. Staying current with new psychotherapeutic practices and exploring new avenues of therapy is one of my priorities. In addition to my therapy license and all trainings pertaining to psychotherapy, I am also a certified mediator and 200 hour level yoga instructor.
My aim is to meet you where you are and to know what you are currently needing. I pull from different modalities depending on you and what you are experiencing, which are approaches such as CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Narrative. Mostly I believe that together we can help you to find solutions and growth in whatever areas you find to be a concern and that you can find answers and improvement. I'm confident that by using this modern approach online that you can make those improvements and find support. I look forward to "meeting" you and am honored to be a part of your journey.
