About me

I am a Professional Clinical Counselor licensed in Ohio with 9 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, ADHD and postpartum concerns. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is laid-back and comforting. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, and solution focused therapy. I also use mindfulness and meditation. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
