She is a great sounding board and allows me to just talk but also asks questions to help me think of solutions on my own and puts the power in my hands so to speak.

Keisha has helped me through one of the most difficult years of my life. I'm really grateful for her expertise, support, and encouragement when she reminds me how far I've come. I feel much more confident in setting boundaries and have better coping strategies when I feel anxious/overwhelmed.

Keisha is respectful but also direct in providing guidance and recommendations. In a short time, she’s already become a trusted confidant and someone whose wisdom I look to on big and small issues.

I've been very impressed with Keisha. In already a very short time she has connected with me and helped me to see things I couldn't see of myself before. I'm happy to have her as a resource as I go through a really difficult time.
