Im amazed with how attentive and concise keith was with me. I knew what i wanted to get out of my sessions and had my doubts with only 30 minutes but every session i had with London was fruitful, informative, thought provoking and came with worksheets and additional information for me to do beyond our sessions. I was a bit unsure about being able to vocalize some traumatic events but Londons demeanour was both welcoming and matter of fact and honest (even when it wasnt what i wanted to hear). I have really enjoyed sessions with London and feel empowered about applying my joojed up skills to the “real world” for a period. I will most certainly be requesting London for when i return to BetterHelp for a top up brain sesh. Thanks for helping me re-align myself

London has been a beacon of hope in my first two weeks

During my first phone call with Keith he provided insight and truly helped me to vocalize my feelings while providing understandable analogies. It is clear he has done this for a long time. He provides helpful worksheets as well. Will definitely continue my sessions.

I've only been working with Keith for a short while, but in that time he's helped me to put my feelings into perspective and offered suggestions for how to deal with what's challenging me at this time.
