Keith had been an amazing tool for me to utilize any time I feel I need to talk, get reassurance or confidence. He always offers several ways to help me, sees where my strengths are and helps me hone in on them. Our video chats are great and he always listens to what I have to say and comes up with great response and exercises for me.
Keith Welsh is a great therapist. My communication with him began with messaging, and then we started doing phone and video sessions. I felt comfortable talking to him immediately which was very important to me because the issues that I’m dealing with really require me to be open about some very personal and private things that have caused a lot of trauma in my life. I find Keith to be a very warm guy who is a great listener. He really shows empathy for my situation while at the same time offering great advice. I’d recommend him to anyone.
I appreciate Keith he has been very alternative to my situation number one because he hears me
Working with Keith was great! Because of some financial issues I had a limited time I was able to afford BetterHelp and Keith suggested a perfect way to get maximum therapeutic value in that time. We were able to complete two EMDR sessions, both of which helped greatly with various aspects of my anxiety. Keith was always friendly, respectful, and insightful and I am very grateful for his help. I'm hoping once my job situation stabilizes I will be able to afford to sign up with BetterHelp again so I can continue working with him.
Keith has been incredibly helpful in helping me assess and approach my concerns with a variety of resources and avenues. I feel heard and supported and already feel the positive impact of our sessions.
After completing the workbook process, Keith has recommended reading articles which has helped me tremendously.
I’m looking forward to working more with Keith.
Keith is the epitome of professionalism. His polite demeanor and thorough avenues of approach allow for the individual to experience therapy on their terms. He truly does have his client's best interests at the front of his methods and it shows throughout his practice. His unique perspective as a veteran also provides much needed assistance to a severely under-served population.
I wholeheartedly recommend Keith as a therapist for any veteran searching for understanding and healing.
Keith has helped me so much! He understands my feelings and helps me in the best way possible to my situation. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Keith is a great guy with a lot of expertise and knowledge. He is very easy to work with and presents many different options for how to go about therapy. I look forward to working with him more in the future and hope others will come to him for help as well.
Keith is fantastic, he continues to support me in the most appropriate way and I’m grateful for his support through a difficult time in my life
Keith Welsh is a great guy, super understanding and kind. He will go the extra mile to help you, he has been the single best help for my issues. Thanks again Keith, your a true healer.
Keith is extremely supportive and very attentive. When I stop making appointments he drops me a message, which is very motivating to continue working on myself. He helps me to see the underlying problems and walks me through them. I am very grateful for his support.
It’s amazing how beneficial therapy is. The EMDR sessions with Keith have enabled me to reclaim my power and control over my own life. As a result of my work with Keith I went from too scared and anxious to leave the house with crippling panic, to being able to enjoy walks with my husband in the park, garden and we have even traveled by plane, and train. I’ve been able to leave some toxic relationships that weren’t serving me, and now feel equipped to not only face life but to enjoy the richness and fullness of it. I highly recommend Keith as a counselor and the EMDR sessions.
Keith was very knowledgeable and experienced therapist. At first I was hesitant to open-up but as our sessions went on, I felt more comfortable and trusting in discussing my issues. He is very accommodating, patient and sincerely helpful in answering all my queries. I am extremely grateful that he guided and redirected me towards achieving my goals.
Keith is amazing!
