At times life can be challenging, if you have been thinking about seeking help from a professional look no further.
My name is Kelley Falcione; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with close to a decade of experience in the field of mental health, working in a variety of settings and with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns.
I completed my undergraduate education at York College of Pennsylvania earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice. I attended the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Where I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) in 2012 with my concentration in Clinical Social Work, Mental Health.
I have been afforded the opportunity to work with a wide spectrum of individuals comprised of diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, etc. backgrounds. I have experience with victims of violent crime, those committed to state psychiatric facilities, military veterans, those housed in both county and state correctional facilities, and those in the community providing outpatient mental health/ behavioral health services.
More specifically I have had the chance to work with those experiencing a wide spectrum of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, gender identity issues, sexual offenders, veteran related issues. Those suffering from serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and trauma related disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, those with intellectual disabilities, as well as issues that arise when having to adjust to ever-changing life situations.
I am a straightforward individual and I tailor my therapeutic style to that of my client’s needs because there is not a “one size fits all” therapeutic approach. Collaboratively a client and I will develop ongoing skills in order to effectively navigate whatever problems and/or issues a client is dealing with in an effort to achieve their goals. I provide a nonjudgmental, private atmosphere. There’s nothing a client can throw at me that I cannot handle in a competent, compassionate manner.
I am extremely passionate in my pursuit to work within the grey area of mental health as well as within the black and white, cut and dry parameters of societal norms with the ultimate focus on what is best for each individual client.
I review my messages several times throughout the day and will promptly respond. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you towards achieving your goals!

She’s helped me ground myself in who I am a bit better. I’ve been losing my sense of self lately due to some manipulation but I’m able to see things more clearly when discussing it with her.
Kelley has been an amazing counselor. I trust her and feel completely comfortable when speaking to her. She goes out of her way to research appropriate strategies that may help me with what I am going through. I am so grateful for the opportunity to connect with her.
