About me
I am a licensed clinical counselor in Ohio with 8 years of experience working as a therapist. I have a passion in helping people with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-esteem, military transition, substance issues, infertility, pregnancy and motherhood, hoarding, and ADHD. I have 6 years of specific experience in substance use issues and I have an extensive military background.
Making the decision to reach out to someone can be a monumental feat. In this ever changing world things may sometimes appear grim or unmanageable. I can help you explore your feelings, focus on positive attributes, adapt to ongoing changes and enhance your ability to cope with everyday stressors.
My counseling style is supportive, interactive and collaborative. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client-centered, solution-focused and reality therapy counseling approaches. As a team, we will explore which modalities will work best for you and your needs in an empathetic and non-judgmental environment.
If you are struggling with the ups and downs in life, I invite you to find your voice to reach your full potential. You are worthy of your own happiness.
I hope we can work together to find you some clarification and peace. I look forward to working with you through your journey!
