I am licensed in Utah with 3 years of professional work experience. I have worked in mental health for over 22 years and love helping people work through difficult times. Most of my experience includes working with kids and adults but I also have experience working with teens and seniors. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression.
