Our human experiences are varied & individual, but we all share the same basic needs. If your ability to meet these needs is compromised due to depression or anxiety, this creates an imbalance that is often difficult to correct. The resulting instability can further compromise our mood, our behavior & our feelings. Therapeutic interventions need not be specific to diagnoses. The quality of life that you deserve will be discovered by our focus on your symptoms, not on a pre-existing label. While there is no singular ultimate path to healing, it is critical to be aware of how diagnostic complexities can impact treatment success. An in-depth understanding of these complexities is necessary to ensure appropriate styles of intervention. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are battling depression & anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, addiction, thought distortion &/or developmental delays. Finally, our role within the family system is also of focus, as it intricately impacts our behavior. Often we mirror these roles in every day life. Communication is the foundation. As we begin to understand the motivation for others' behavior, we can more easily navigate the evolution of our own. At this, our path to healing becomes much clearer.

Kelly is great!! She is very understanding and calm and a great listener. At the same time, she makes it feel like talking to a friend - that makes it super easy to open up and gain trust. Especially for people who were maybe not super open to go to therapy... Within only 3 sessions she already helped me a lot!!

She is very understanding, displays genuine kindness and concern, and makes you feel more than just a client. Kelly is able to connect in a way that still maintains professionalism, and makes me hopeful that I will get better. Thanks Kelly!
