About me
Hello and welcome,
My name is Kelly (she/her) and I'm grateful you stopped by today. I believe every human has potential, and while we all face challenges, we all also deserve support. I received a master in social work degree in 2008 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I also received a master in public health degree in 2012. For more than a decade, I have enjoyed clinically supporting people with myriad concerns including: anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family dynamic stresses, poor communication styles, racial discrimination, trauma and more.
My approach to the work is empathetic, relaxed and strengths-based. I believe in honoring the dignity and worth of every individual and pride myself in providing compassionate and comprehensive care. I enjoy using narrative and mindfulness techniques in a strengths-based, client-centered way.
Taking this first step to seek help in hopes of creating meaningful change is admirable- - congratulations! If you are ready to go down this path, I would love to help support you along the way.
I look forward to connecting!

Kelly is on another level. She has a very special ability to create a safe space. She listens with such care and is masterful as asking real questions. Like the kind of questions that really show how much she is paying attention. I can find it difficult to open up to people and with Kelly the connection was close to immediate. You can truly feel the authenticity pouring out of her. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Beyond grateful that I found this lovely lady!
