About me

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the State of MT. I have been working professionally in this field for over 20 years. I am a mental health therapist trained in evidence-based practices to treat mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks and PTSD, to name a few. I enjoy working with couples and individuals. I believe a therapeutic relationship is most important . My goal is to provide you a safe place while together we explore your thoughts and feelings related to the issues you bring to the session that you would like to change. I am trained in various evidence-based practices such as eye-movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-processing therapy (CPT) and Written exposure therapy (WET). I also have experience in Dialectal Behavioral therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I take a 'strength-based' approach meaning I focus on your strengths in order to utilize them in your treatment. I provide some psychoeducation and teach various tools for you to learn and grow into the individual(s) you wish to become. I look forward to working with you!

Kelly is really great at what she does. You will feel welcomed and seen and heard. If you need help and you are afraid to take the leap because of anxiety around interacting with the therapist as a whole, don't be. 10/10
