About me

My name is Kelly, and I have been practicing mental health therapy for a few years now. I have my MS/Ed.S. degree in clinical mental health counseling and I am working on my PhD in counselor education. I am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). I have been trained in Brainspotting trauma therapy (Phases 1 and 2) and have been practicing that since 2019. I am also trained in trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy. I personally believe that all people can change and can create the life they want. Therapy can help with that!
