About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience working as a mental health therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting struggles, career challenges, OCD ,ADHD, eating disorders, and bipolar disorder. I also helped many people who have experienced past trauma and abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as I believe it is the most important element of facilitating change. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

Kelly is awesome! I’m so glad I got assigned to Kelly because she offers a great listening and understanding ear. She will help you work through your issues and offer great explanations as to why you feel the way you do. She really helped me through some difficulties in such a short amount of time. I’m really grateful!
