I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. I have had substantial success with providing counseling to victims of domestic violence.

Kelly is an amazing therapist. I really feel like she acknowledges my feelings and even understood them better than me in my state of confusion. She doesn’t just listen she gives me advice in a way that made me understand myself more and the situation I’ve been going thru. In times I felt ashamed she made me feel there was nothing to be ashamed about and that my feelings were completely normal. She was always there for me aside from live sessions. When I needed to talk I’d message her and she’d respond which was very helpful. Thank you so much Kelly. I look forward to continue working with you.

I started working with Kelly in the midst of one of the toughest phases of my life. I was a new immigrant, unemployed, my marriage was on the rocks and my self-confidence was at its lowest.
Fast forward 6-months and I am a completely different person. Kelly has been the driving force behind this transformation. She is thoughtful, patient and compassionate during our session. And more importantly, drove me to figure things out for myself. I would highly recommend her, especially if you are new to cognitive therapy.

I really enjoyed working with Kelly for the past month and I feel that I've been able to take a fresh breath of air for the first time in a long time. It took me 4 counsellors to find one that suited me and I’ve been having sessions with Kelly for just over a month now! The difference she’s made in my life has been remarkable and even my friends noticed a physical difference.
She first listens and takes everything in first and then always manages to give you a fresh view/different perspective on the situation.
Kelly also promptly responds to messages (which is really great and rather difficult since we have an 8hr time difference!), for me personally this helps a lot for instant feedback when I am suddenly faced with a situation which I’m struggling to make sense of.
She’s has been a great help during a really difficult stage in my life and I am so glad that I managed to find her!

Wonderful, insightful, delightful! Kelly has been a great help in solving my mental health issues. This was my first time to try "online counselling" and I am glad that I had Ms. Kelly. She responds to your messages almost right away. If she doesn't hear from you for a couple of days, she just send a message to check you in to see everything is OK. She is a good listener and gives you very useful techniques/suggestions to calm yourself. She is not a typical counsellor that just listens. She gives you good advice to deal with situations. When I started BetterHelp, I didn’t know what to say to Kelly at first. I just said anything I came up with in my head, and was wondering if my problem was properly conveyed to Kelly. I think she found out my issue and helped me to deal with it.
