I am a Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider licensed in TN with 20+ years of experience working with individuals struggling with depressed and anxious moods, stress management needs, diversity related difficulties, unhealthy coping strategies and negative thinking of self. You are the expert on YOU and I am here to assist you with change. Change is hard and uncomfortable AND the results of change can be amazing. I will assist you utilizing cognitive based therapy with unconditional positive regard and supportive counseling to achieve your goals and create change. We will improve your insight and awareness of needs working toward the development of healthy coping strategies for managing stressors and improving your overall quality of life.
