About me

My name is Kelly Shane I have a Masters in Science in Marriage Family Child Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have been practicing for 13 years. I am a certified Clinical Trauma Specialist in Addiction.

My clinical experience encompasses eating disorders, substance abuse and addiction. My approach to the therapy process is client centered, focusing on meeting the client when they are in a vulnerable place. Sometimes one needs a blank slate to work with regardless of the situation to provide strength, build one’s foundation, while increasing one’s understanding of self. Therapy is a place where one has the opportunity to choose differently from the past and make healthy decisions for the future. When one learns and develops the right skill set, anything is possible. I look forward to assisting you in creating healthy, new and exciting life choices.

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kelly Shane. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

She's down to earth and makes me feel comfortable sharing all the messy parts of my life. She's super laid back about when I have time to respond and that makes this whole experience so much less stressful. She's exactly what I was looking for.
