I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi with 20 years in practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns Including but not limited to depression, anxiety, communication skills, social skills training, autism, couples counseling, parenting, and ADHD.
My therapy style is warm and inviting. I concentrate on you as an individual And what you are directly going through. My approach centers on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, reality therapy and brief therapy.
