Kelly was a great resource. She listened, reflected on what I needed, and provided recommendations to bolster our discussions. 10/10!

Kelly has a wonderful way of equipping you with the “how” part of getting to that better place where you want to be mentally. Talk therapy has always been hard and ineffective for me as I feel I’m very self aware and never got any direction or tools. Kelly is the first therapist that has been able to tell me how I can make changes.

I appreciated how Kelly listened to me and "heard" me. She provided me with some tools to help with my anxiety, and got me to the next step, so to speak, in terms of making a commitment to myself to try to change the way I approach my circumstances. She has such a friendly and approachable manner - she's easy to talk to. Thank you, Kelly, for your help!

I have really enjoyed working with Kelly. From the very first session, she made me feel at ease and helped me through some high anxiety I was experiencing. She really helped put things into a different more manageable perspective that truly helped me overall!
