About Me

Together we can develop an understanding of the difficulties that are holding you back. Over the past 10 years I have worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor helping clients through a wide range of concerns including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, adjustment issues, and ADHD. I enjoy collaborating with clients to find the best solutions for their success in all aspects of life. My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral interventions but I believe healing also happens in the telling of your personal narrative. My goal for a client relationship is to help you foster the skills to become your own therapist.
Let me be a part of the process in helping you reach your full potential. I look forward to working with you!

Kelsey Brock offers me a listening ear and she gives me advice, it helps me going through my grief process though it is still hard to cope with it. She makes me feel like I'm understood and her advice is helpful.

Kelsey is a very thoughtful and encouraging counsellor. She made me feel comfortable really quickly and has been so proactive at sending me resources and so on, which has been really helpful.

She’s great.

Kelsey has been very helpful. Better Help is asking survey questions too early in the experience. How can I possibly have answers to these questions after 1-2 sessions?
