I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but don't let the title fool you. I work with more than just married couples and families. I have over 6 years experience working with individuals from all different backgrounds. My clients deal with everything from anxiety, depression, grief and loss, to stress, and coping with life changes. I work with clients to create a safe space where we can be open to discuss issues, thoughts, and feelings without judgement. I prefer to meet the client where they are and use what has been working, and work with the client to change what isn't.
