Very nice person, please take into consideration when choosing her as your therapist that audio/video appointments are not available on her schedule weekly. If you would prefer a weekly video chat/ audio call and not a live messaging session I would consider looking elsewhere.

Kelsey has been an amazing therapist to me from day one. She is familiar with the issues I am dealing with and uses her own experiences to help guide me through my own. Unlike therapists I’ve had in the past she actually cares about what I’m going through and is very encouraging instead of judgmental. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Kelsey is fantastic. She’s kind, supporting and responds quickly. I don’t feel that she’s judgmental at all, especially when I forget to reply! She sends gentle reminders or encouragement and also provides psycho education which is very helpful. After trying 4 other therapists, I highly recommend Kelsey!

Kelsey is great! With the stress of work, home, being a father of 4, a husband for wip years, a self employed cpa and surviving a house fire that left me homeless during covid for a year and personal identity issues, she has always been there to help, listen and guide me! I cannot go a week without talking to her now!!

Kelsey is my first encounter with therapy and has been the support I wish anyone could have. I feel understood and wide open in our sessions and the best part of it all is that we navigate everything so well together, as if we were a team, helping someone else. She always knows what I need to hear or helps me seek that certain thing deep down into myself, in moments when I’m perhaps unable on my own.

Written by K.U. on Nov 08, 2020 after therapy with Kelsey for 4 months on issues concerning relationship issues

Kelsey has been a confidante to all my feelings I am too scared to share with anyone else. I know she’s always approaching our conversations with a view to help me grow. She helps me see things clearly. I’d definitely recommend her to friends and family, as her calming personality would make it easy for anyone to open up.
