About Me

Whatever issues brought you here, it is likely that you're feeling discouraged, hopeless, or overwhelmed. These feelings are common when you've experienced a loss, a major life change, or when life isn't going the way you thought it would.

I want to help you not just get through your problems, but to life a joyful life! I believe in the importance of treating the whole person -- mind, body, and soul. My goal is to empower you in the healing journey, so I teach skills and practices that will allow you to live whole-heartedly. I try bring compassion, insight, and empathy to the therapeutic process by treating you as a person capable of making the changes you want to see in your life.

I'm a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 5 years treating individuals and couples. I specialize in women’s issues, grief and loss, infertility and perinatal mood disorders, trauma, spiritual crises, life transitions, and depression/anxiety. I have a compassionate approach to women’s issues based on personal experience and professional training. I am also a Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga Instructor, and Mindful Self-Compassion Trained Teacher. This wide range of training allows me to help you heal your mind, body, and soul.

When I'm not working, I love to be outside, preferably in the mountains of Utah. I love to hike, ski, run, and spend time with my husband and puppy. In the winter, I am a Ski Instructor at Sundance Mountain Resort, and in the summer, I am busy training for triathlons.

Kelsey is a perfect match for my counseling needs. She understands my unique cultural and religious circumstances and relates to me as a woman who is a caregiver to many as well. She is amazing!

She’s very nice and easy to talk to. She listens to me and supports what I have to say.
