As a third generation psychotherapist, Kendall is passionate about helping clients build a life they’re excited to lead. She specializes in working with emerging adulthood, eating disorders, body image issues, and relationships. Kendall believes in a mind, body, and soul approach to one’s healing and using balance to create a healthy lifestyle. She provides a safe place to explore meaning and purpose through life’s transitions.
Her passion for helping improve self-esteem and resilience is born from her previous experiences working at all levels of care in psychiatric treatment facilities --from acute inpatient to eating disorders. Kendall enjoys improving relationships through premarital, marital, and family therapy. She takes a systemic approach to her clients, having facilitated multifamily groups geared toward helping families manage conflict and practice effective communication.
Kendall believes in the profound ability for mind, body, and soul to transform in the context of our relationships with ourselves, our creator, and our loved ones. She can help guide you in getting ‘unstuck’ and find ways to feel empowered to achieve your goals. Her therapeutic approach includes Acceptance Commitment Therapist (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness to Neurobiopsychotherapy, Family Systems, Enneagramology, and Art Therapy.
