My experience thus far has been good. My therapist has given me the tools to recognize negative thoughts and how to work through them. He is helping me with PTSD from a year of physical sickness and mental anguish. The worksheets and books he has recommended are helping me accept and move forward in a more positive manner, which will hopefully eventually eliminate the night terrors.

My therapist is incredible. He is so very understanding, and has so much expertise. I liked that Kenneth is teaching me to help myself and giving me tools and shares his personal resources. We also practice together so I can learn to use the taught techniques when I need them.
