About Me

I am a licensed counselor in Indiana (LMHC) and Georgia (LMHC) with over 20 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including sexual addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, PTSD and parenting problems. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is active where we work together to resolves issues directly. I believe in an approach which is not judgmental but open and understanding. My approach is cognitive-behavioral and my goal is to meet your needs and find solutions that address all your concerns.
