He listened, he carefully thought before speaking and he suggested some ideas for a solution to my needs.

Working with Ken has been wonderful! He is great at listening and making sure we are on the page when discussing different topics I bring up. He acknowledges my perspective and opens the door to new ones in an approachable way. Ken also has a lot of knowledge and experience, and is able to enlighten me by referring to different studies. Finally, Ken has created a space where I feel like I can be open and honest about what I'm going through.
