I have been talking to Keri for a couple months now. I was have a huge conflict in my life that had just gotten way out of control and I needed help dealing with the situation and my emotions. I was having this problem for over a year with no sign of a light at the end of the tunnel. A few months of talking to Keri, and my situation has dissolved to almost nothing, my mental health is a lot better, I am feeling hopeful again, and I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel all thanks to her! Betterhelp and Keri have changed my life for the better and I could not recommend anyone better!

Tried therapy a few months ago and I didn't feel like it was a good fit, so I switched therapist and now I be feel like I'm identifying problems and am trying to create a plan to tackle them!
Keri is responsive and will make sure to pay attention to what you say and give sound feedback.
I like that she asks questions as opposed to just assuming.
She knows how to get the most out of a session!

Keri is so friendly and a very good listener! As a person getting back into teaching, it's super helpful to talk with someone who has an understanding of schools. I appreciate that she asks follow-up questions from one session to the next.

Keri is the most compassionate and patient therapist that I’ve ever worked with! She is knowledgeable, understanding, trustworthy, helpful and always lends a listening ear. She has provided me with a safe space to discuss my concerns and work through some of life’s biggest challenges. She asked me the “style” of therapy that I was most comfortable working in and has stuck to that and never once made me feel like I had to try something I didn’t want to do. She is hard working and has a lot of experience to provide to her clients. I am beyond grateful that I was matched with her through BetterHelp and I will continue to talk to her as long as I can! Thank you Keri!
