Life can be hard. It brings us gifts, but also challenges along the way that can be painful, unexpected and even traumatic. We wake up every day new, and with the potential to rewrite the stories we carry. Therapy is a place to explore our true selves, address our current circumstances and create an intention for change. I take a mindfulness approach to therapy, while incorporating tools to increase a person's natural resilience and desire to heal. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety and relationship issues.
I tailor my approach to match the unique needs of each client. We start wherever you are. I strive to create a warm and safe space where clients can feel seen and valued for their authentic selves. I would describe my approach as process oriented with a focus on mindfulness and a positive neuroplasticity.

Kerry is able to dig down to root of problem quickly then feeds questions to the subject in a coordinated manner. I am very encouraged to believe the outcome will help me in my present and future approach to problems.
