About me

As a licensed therapist serving New York, I’m here to support you as you navigate life’s more complex emotional experiences. I understand that no single approach works for everyone, which is why I tailor my work to meet you where you are—with care, curiosity, and respect.
I work with individuals facing challenges such as depression, trauma, relationship struggles, ADHD/ADD, autism, and LGBTQ+ experiences. Together, we can explore areas like social anxiety, body image, and personal growth in a way that feels safe, affirming, and grounded in your needs.
In our work, I strive to create a warm, inclusive space where you can build self-compassion, better understand your patterns, and begin healing from past experiences. I also believe that growth sometimes involves gently stretching beyond what feels comfortable—so I’ll thoughtfully encourage you, at a pace that feels right for you, to move toward the changes you want to see in your life.
I’m especially passionate about supporting women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those moving through life transitions—whether that’s pregnancy, shifts in relationships, or exploring your identity.
Using evidence-based practices, I’ll work alongside you to build resilience, process difficult emotions, and develop tools that support meaningful, lasting change. Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative journey—one rooted in trust, understanding, and honoring both where you are and where you’d like to go.
