Kim Holland, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon. I earned my masters degree in Social Work at Missouri State University in 2008. I have over 13 years of experience working in crisis intervention and trauma response with individuals and families. Most of my career has been spent in a level one trauma center providing emergency services for communities of various sizes from large cities to rural counties. I have worked with a variety of populations including houseless, psychiatric, maternity, children and adolescents, families and LGBTQ.
As a clinician, it is my goal to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to grow and heal. Promoting my clients' sense of self worth by helping them see what they are capable of within their own environment. I believe in meeting the client where they are and working within their own strengths. All of us have different strengths and weaknesses, they should be recognized, celebrated and utilized to better our lives. I look forward to getting to know you all better and developing a trusting relationship with each of you.
